Bought 2 eyebrow pens, one worked about 3 times, the other never worked. Have contacted Simplistic Care several times, I get an automatic response which actually states that customer satisfaction is their no. 1 priority! It also states they hope to respond within 24 hours. This has been going on for months, no-one ever gets in touch!

I ordered the best makeup brush Nov 21, 2020 Money deducted Nov 23. I have still not got it. I emailed the company. They have not respond. Very dissatisfied.

I would gladly write a review if I as much as received the product. Bought the product on 11th November. Today 16th December still not delivered. No reply to emails, no communication, no one to help me with my query-totally in the dark. Can't be trusted with a safe and reliable shipment of their own products that´s all I can say.....

I purchased the 4 Point Waterproof Eyebrow Filling Pen (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) in red brown. I opened one when they arrived and was very disappointed as it is not a red brown colour at all. It is very pale (probably too pale for even a fair blonde). It makes no difference to my brows and is a sallow yellow colour on my skin. I also can’t see how the photos and videos can be of the actual product as the definition isn’t there at all. I have emailed twice asking for a refund with no response. I have written a one star review on the site - it has not been posted and it appears there are no reviews at all less than a 3 star. I cannot believe that is true. The company is manipulating what reviews are published in an unconscionable way. My review was fair and the truth.

Update: Editing this review as after filling in their online form to contact them (just after placing the above review so not sure if that had some bearing) I have got a response and a refund so they seem to be a genuine retailer, albeit with awful customer service and the product I purchased was not as advertised.

I wish I had read these comments before ordering. I ordered make up brushes and emailed to cancel 5 mins later (it stated that I had 2 hours to cancel). Received automated email saying they will reply within 24 hours. Haven't heard anything so emailed again, did not get a reply until 3 days after and also after dispatch email. The abrupt reply said that the order cannot be cancelled as it was posted. I will be emailing again and trying to get a refund but I am not holding my hopes high. Please avoid.

I ordered the eyebrow pen. It took over 3 weeks to arrive. I used it once and then it dried up and was useless second time trying to use it. Rubbish product. I’ve asked for a refund but am not hopeful in light of the comments here.

I ordered an eyebrow pencil on June 9th and did not receive a confirmation email. After multiple requests to the "help" email address, I finally received an order # and tracking info however I don't believe it is the correct one as my package has been in Turkey since June 19th and there has been no movement. I have sent a total of 22 emails asking for updates but have not received an acceptable answer. They have completely ignored my last 3 requests for a credit. This company gives dropshipping a very bad name. Save your money and buy local.

I ordered the makeup application brush on July 18th and they took my payment that same day. I haven’t received the product or an email or anything about my order and now I cannot find the page I ordered it from on fb. How can I contact the seller?

I placed my order on Jun12, 2020 was suppose to receive it on June 23 on July 7 I sent them an email requesting the whereabouts of the product, was told to check the tracking number which I did it said the package arrived in destination country on July 12. Today is July 17

I placed an order, then cancelled within their terms and conditions, which are within 24 hours after placing the order, I cancelled around 4 hours after placing the order. Instead of cancelling, they asked why I wanted to cancel, then after I replied that it doesn't matter why, just cancel, they said no. Return the item after it arrives. For the record, this company is called Simplisticcare.com. the company that took the payment is called Head Start web solutions LLC and the email address for disputes is a gmail address. They claim to have been trading since 2018 but have virtually no web presence. The facebook page was created in 2020, there are hundreds of glowing reviews on their own website, I believe all bogus. They claim to be an american based outfit but are almost certainly Chinese and may be associated with Templaran.com, a well known Scam website. Avoid them is my advice. Probably a Scam.
