I wouldn't recommend this product to my worst enemy. You would be better off just lighting your money on fire.
Smart lock jams or dies constantly. Cameras never work when you want them to. Prices continue to just go up with no improved service.

SimpliSafe has been just ok…
SimpliSafe has been just ok…the service is reliable but it’s pricey and the doorbell camera is not great. I’ve had my outdoor camera replaced 5 times…thankfully, I’m a premium subscriber and they replace it with no issues. IMO Ring is better followed by Blink and then Google Nest. Wyze is also a good one. SimpliSafe is unique with monitoring but I want great hardware too!

Good security system, expensive for add ons
Overall, a very good security system. Easy to install, battery life is good and it does make us feel secure.
Our largest concern is the more recent costs for add on “parts”. $110 for an outdoor camera is excessive. Even on sale it’s just too much. We would love to continue to add to the system but the costs are just too high.
