DO NOT BUY SIMPLI PRESS
This is the first time I've ever written a bad review for something because I generally assume people are trying their best, but it feels like these guys don't even exist!!! The product is badly designed and very overpriced. It makes terrible coffee, leaving stray grains of coffee in your cup, and it is a mess to clean. I've been trying to leave a review on their website, and it is not possible, which indicates that their reviews are most definitely fake. I have sent them about 8 emails now, beginning the day after I received it, trying to return it, requesting a return label (they guarantee a 30-day customer satisfaction return policy) They still have not sent it the return label(10 days later). They have just sent the same AI-generated response a couple of times, saying to "Send a photo of the broken or damaged item" and they "will try to resolve the issue". (Which I have done, even though I never mentioned it being broken or damaged). Do not buy this or anything else from these guys. Their return policy is not real.
