I used to go through them all the time, I placed an order two weeks ago and never got a shipping notification. And after reading comments on their socials and on here I don't believe I'll be receiving my packages... they used to ship the next day after ordering

I was able to go to the website, find the specific item I wanted and order it easily.

My order never came I want my money back

I paid for my purchase, but never received it, when I try to contact the Company they will not respond or answer the phone, this is fraud and need to be investigated…

I placed on order, received confirmation that my order was confirmed, received a tracking number, yet no movement has been made. The customer service phone number on their website is not a valid number. No one has responded to the emails I have sent asking for an update. Do not ever purchase anything from here!

The item never arrived. I emailed the company & I called the company. No response. I have been charged for this item and it still hasn’t arrived. The company is asking me for a review but won’t answer the emails.

I still haven’t received my package and it’s been 10 days. It said 3 to 5 standard shipping. I still haven’t even received a confirmation that has been shipped, but the funds have already been withdrawn. It would be nice to receive my package.

Lots of promises over a month that the tracking number would be sent through, but the order was never even sent. Cancelled the order, they said they refunded but no refund in over 2 weeks and not responding to emails about where the refund is. Save yourself the trouble and buy from a decent company, not thieves.

I ordered on 2nd of November but still no delivery or notification on shipping.

i received a confirmation email that my order was received and was told I would receive an email when the order was shipped. never heard anything except the usual advertisement everyday. I have not received this order or have I been told it was even shipped. I try to login and never get an email to change my password or an email to verify my account. Totally in the dark.

I never received my order. Placed it on 11/02, can’t seem to get in touch with anyone from Simpli Pleasures. I feel like I’ve been scammed and won’t ever order from yall again.

Well...it's been 10 days since my order, and I have no idea where it is. Can anyone provide ANY update or tracking number?? Looks like I'll be ordering elsewhere in the future...

Well when I see something cute or price or quality irs SOLD OUT. No notifications to let people know when back in stock. No way to contact simple pleasures. I did not receive money back on something that went out of stock never got it. So you were always happy and showed products group in a happy way. Never have anything. Sorry to say. I liked the service before. Someone said go to ebay. Anyways I just put in a order I hope I get it. Or at least a refund with a text or email. Thank youuuu for your help.
