Poor sales strategy
We did not proceed or progrees our order with Simplify so this is not a quality of work review but rather my experience speaking with a member of their team. We were looking for an engineer to make a site visit to carry out some calcualtions. They were happy to quote us however when asked what the lead time would be for a site visit once we have made the order, they were not able to tell us and just tried to say they can't tell us at this point. We obviously walked away without requesting a quote. This is poor business and I'm sure that if management were aware of this, the person on the phone would be remanded. They effectively turned down a sale. Give the lead time, even if it is 20 weeks, but don't decide it is going to be an unknown amount of time.
