Smells Musty and Moldy.

Order placed day after Christmas '25. 5 patterns plus $8 shppg. 13 days to get to me. Paper envelope tab ruined, so the entire package was opened. 2 patterns damp and everything smelled musty and moldy. Emailed and called CS. No one responded or replied. $38+ ripoff.

Fantastic service for replacement pattern

The dog ate the cross stitch pattern I've been working on for years. I sent simplicity a quick email in the hope that they'd be able to send me a copy of the pattern. Within an hour I'd received a pdf of the pattern. Fantastic service.

They need to improve.

I started ordering sewing patterns from their website, when I found out that they stopped selling them in Canadian stores. At first, it was OK. Everything was within reasonable limits. Then, I made a somewhat big order of at least 10 patterns, I found the shipping cost to be a bit high. When I received my package, I found out why: it came in a big box that was only *half* filled with the patterns, the other half was filled with brown papers. I was really concerned by such a waste of space, when they should have shipped in a smaller box or envelope, and took on to write to Simplicity about it. I sent them e-mails, they never acknownledged them. Them, I took on to voice my concerns publicly on their social medias, still no answers from them. It was frustrating. In the end, I decided to get my Simplicity patterns from other online sellers. Since, I don’t want to do business with a service that doesn’t seem to take their customers seriously. One last thing: Their website is a real mess and, half of the time, I get redirected to an 500 error page. They need to get it fixed.
