From start to finish they have been amazing, I phoned them, sent pictures to them they sent the offer we accepted, deposit was put straight in our bank, this was February, received balance two days ago couldn't of been easier, well I pressed.

Excellent after sales care. Very friendly!

I bought a bed and kitchen drawer. Super happy with the communication, delivery time, the product itself. I was especially happy with the Quality of the product and the assembly instructions who were more than clear and easy enough for a person with 2 left hands😂.

There aren't many companies like Simple Vans nowadays...
The furniture is amazing and it is really easy to assemble, even if I don't have any wood/water/electric skills at all, nor tools. In less than 6 business days I had it delivered. The furniture fits incredibly perfect in my van, of course thanks to all the tutorials, videos, etc. that are available on the website and youtube. They do not only help you with what they sell, they've solved so many other issues on my DIY experience.
But the best thing about them is how much they care about their customers. Marion has helped me with every step of the journey, even asking questions about my van sizes, etc. so I would not purchase furniture that would be too big for my van. Of course it's my responsibility to take measures and all, but even if it would be my mistake, they doubled checked just in case. That's caring for their customers.
Also, I had a couple of minor issues that were 100% my fault, and they also solved them swiftly.
I will recommend them to all of my friends and family, and if you're reading this, do not hesitate to purchase in Simple Vans!

I bought the drifter kit for my vw transporter t6. The fitment of the kit it’s almost perfect and the full build required less than a day to build.
The overall quality is really good.
I’m just a bit concerned about the quality and the stability of the drawers guides for the kitchen module that come out from the bed: they seem strong at first but after a bit of using they start to feel more unstable.
A part from that i really love the kit and the Simple Vans ideas!

Have not received my delivery and no calls from delivery company...

everything good, simple to assembly and good instruction. the annoying bit was to have to seal / treat the wood against moisture. would be nice if it was already treated! :)

The Customer Service is very kind and replied to my questions regarding my Order quickly.
I’m from Germany and originally it was announced that my Van Kit would arrive in about 8 weeks time. It then arrived a whole month earlier than I expected.
The Kit came safely packed and nothing was broken or scratched, despite the long way from France. Every shelf is packed individually, including the belonging screws and list of content, which makes the construction work pretty easy.
I am very happy with my Van Kit purchase and the interaction with simple vans.

Not very easy or comfortable to get out of Skoda with the pod in sadly. Comfy matress. Shame can’t take seats out and lower slightly. I appreciate this will lower storage but height making it very difficult to move and so prob won’t get a lot of use out of it.

I was very surprised when the palette arrived at how small it was. But everything was there.
In the meantime, I have checked all the parts for completeness, assembled and painted large parts and I am simply thrilled: everything is milled with great precision, the best packaging, everything is superbly labelled, extra screws (not counted too close together), detailed assembly instructions! Everything is easy to do, even for a layman! I am very glad that I bought from Simple Vans! I can only recommend Simple Vans.

We are very satisfied with our furniture. The quality is excellent. You are also very accessible for questions. In short, great!

Issues with delivery time and damaged goods. The kit has quality issues also.

My order was delivered well beyond the delivery date and in damaged condition. Simple Vans blamed the courier and took no accountability. After long back and forth with poor customer service a small compensation was provided. This delay and trying to resolve the issue marred the build experience.

Under EU consumer rights. The trader is responsible for any damage to your goods from the time they are dispatched until you receive them. Simple Vans choose to ignore this.

Several modifications had to be made and the material is of a lesser standard expected for the price range.

I can not endorse Simply Vans as a result of my experience. Particular, if they continue to use the GEODIS, who have so many bad reviews.

UPDATE: I noted my reservations and wrote the damage on the docket from the courier at the time of the delivery.

Due to delays & conversations which took several weeks replacement was not then suitable.

Simply Vans do not understand consumer law and continue to be argumentative.

Well delivered in good time, building my parts right now, soo far everything is very good!

The bed, including extension, fits well in the Maxi Caddy (2015), and both drawers complete the whole thing wonderfully. Assembly was relatively easy (took me 2–3 relaxed days; painting-time afterwards not included.) A question about parts was answered promptly and helpfully. I'm pretty happy with the clean result. Would buy it again. Price-performance ratio is very ok. Recommend it. :)

Very nice furniture feature. It’s a highlight for the Bus interior. very easy to implement and build up . very easy to enlarge to a bed and set it back as a sofa. 2-3 people can sleep or sit ☺️☺️👌👌👌
