Failed to deliver order worth nearly £200. Sent several messages but no response which is really annoying. Trying to claim money back via the credit card company as Simple Street refuse to engage in any form of communication. They can’t be trusted.
It’s been over 2 months of my $200 order being unfulfilled and I don’t have a clue if it’s arriving. Also no contact from them despite several messages to their website’s message system, instagram and email.
Would give 0 if I could. Awful item of clothing and I returned the item. It’s now been 6 months and I have not received any response or refund. My partner also attempted to return something and he didn’t even get a response, not allowing him to return. DO NOT BUY ITS A SCAM AND THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!
I ordered clothes for my son for Christmas on the 14th Dec and the delivery date was confirmed as the 22nd. They didn't arrive until the 31st so not on time for Christmas morning. One of the items isn't right and no refund detail on the website or confirmation email apart from that you have 14 days from receiving your order. I have emailed three times but no reply.
