Simplero is a fabulous all-in-one platform for content and course creators. I've been using their services for years. I have multiple online courses and multiple membership web sites through them. Simplero's customer service and level of care far surpasses most tech companies. If I ever have a question, I get answers promptly and professionally. So glad they exist!

I've been with Simplero for YEARS. I keep an eye on what other companies are doing, just to see, but I have not found anything anywhere near as good, for the price. And, it just keeps getting better.

I run my entire business through Simplero, from payments, emails and list-building, to customer service, affiliate schemes, appointment booking, sales pages, course- and digital-product hosting, team to-do list, deal pipelines and more.

But that's not the only reason I love it. In the years I've been with Simplero, Calvin and the team have kept innovating and improving. Barely a week goes by without a new feature or an improvement being added.

And the team LISTENS. Calvin and the team ask for feedback and requests, then act on them. If they can't act on them, they will explain why it's not possible. Calvin does regular video updates to let us know what's in the pipeline.

The latest huge improvement was the new Simplero app, which I love, as do my clients.

The customer service team is fabulous too, super-responsive and always happy to talk/walk you through things. They have made Loom videos when I needed to be shown how to do something.

I honestly can't speak highly enough of Simplero and the team behind it. Simplero has made it easy for me to grow and scale my business, with a tiny team of two. It does the heavy lifting for me and I wouldn't like to imagine life without it.

Simplero is the best all - in - one platgorm out there! It is easy to use, Even for unexperienced and techno-challenged people like myself. I would without any doubt recommend this platform to anyone that wants to take their business online!

I am a relative newbie in terms of using simplero and have been impressed with the level of service in terms of online support, training videos as well as the weekly Q&A sessions. I've been with Simplero for about a year. I am someone who struggles with all the computer related aspects of my business. Just not my cup of tea.

While Simplero has a steep learning curve for the likes of me, the team is always there. It is so easy to get timely, friendly, encouraging, and immediately applicable information from them.

The free trial was incredibly useful and very free. I love having everything on one platform. I love the very human, caring approach to business. And I love that once I understand it, their platform is, in fact, quite simple.

Have used Simplero for 2 years now, and i love that I can do almost everything in this system.
Also the support is more than awesome in any way. And it is ever evolving to the better.

Simply the Best

I've tried several all-in-one platforms in the past- each with their strengths and each with something that needed definite improvement. I've also tried the main eCourse platforms - Thinkific and Teachable. And yes, I've done the DIY route with plugins on a WordPress.org site. All of that while also managing my email and at one point also handling LeadPages.

Now, I can safely say that I've found my online home and I have no intention of going anywhere else. The backend is intuitive enough that I can figure things out. But if I get stuck, there's a knowledgebase and the support has been outstanding.

If you're looking for easy-to-use, flexible software at a reasonable price that does a LOT, in one simple (the clue's in the name) package, SIMPLERO is the answer. I actively look forward to using it each day (sad but true - and yet also rare for software to be so pleasant and satisfying to use). What is it? It's a website builder, course-creation-and-hosting software, list-building, mailing provider, survey-creator, online-community all available in one system. The customer care is also excellent - friendly people available on a time-zone to suit you, and there's a sense they all genuinely care and want to help you get the most out of the system. Owner Calvin is a real human too, with an interesting back-story! I don't often bother to write reviews, but Simplero is truly worth it.

I was looking for a way to reduce the complexity of managing multiple point products needed to run my business. Most entrepreneurial offerings weren't integrated, don't "talk to each other" or require you to input information multiple times wasting valuable time. Simplero allowed me to focus on developing my offerings and supporting customers, not duplicative administrative work. Simplero's platform has incredible "how-to" guides so that everyone can build a website(s), launch an online course, start a customer community, collect subscription payments and more. It sounds too good to be true, but it's not...I'm glad I started with Simplero before I launched my business.

Excellent customer support

Simplero's support is great, period.
But when you compare it to the competitors of similar platforms, their service is unmatched.

This is a great platform for someone who doesn't want to get overwhelmed by the tech, but still wants to be able to have access to the tools.
