We do not subcontract out our Will Writing requirements and all the Wills we write are legally binding and prepared with each unique individual and their requirements in mind.

We have written in excess of 220,000 Wills and hold a £5M indemnity insurance. We have a robust and industry leading Customer Care Charter in place to protect our clients, which can be found here.

I spoke with John for 45 minutes…

I spoke with John for 45 minutes setting up a will and was extremely impressed how everything was explained to me and with the advice I was given during the duration of the call. I would thoroughly recommend using Simpler Law to anyone considering setting up a will.

Never received the self filling prepack…

Never received the self filling prepack as promised by the sales person, Rang up a week ago to be told there is no such prepack to fill in, in readiness for the phone consultation, We cancelled and asked for our £79 back. Still not heard anything about the refund or received anything. Poor customer service.

Dear Mr Mitchell, as you are aware you are not our client in this situation, thus we are unable to reply here with any specific information on the experience with Simpler Law. However, in general terms, we do not offer a self-filling prepack in advance of a consultation. We have an email Welcome Pack which is sent at least 24 hours prior to the consultation which explains in detail what will be discussed and what to expect. There is also a much sought-after ‘What Your Family Should Know’ Estate Record Book available which is always supplied with the final documents at the end of the Will writing process. This book is designed to be completed and stored with important documents as a reference for family members after passing away. Unfortunately, refunds cannot always be immediate, especially in situations where the individual paying and our client are not necessarily the same individual. While we aim to achieve a full refund in the shortest possible time we also advise that the process can take up to 14 to 21 days due to circumstances beyond our control.

Thank you Sian for sorting out my will.

Sian explained certain terminology in a simplistic way. Very professional also going into detail when I asked certain questions.

I would definitely recommend ‘Simple Law’ to anyone.

I was very nervous but the lady we spoke to was good at making me feel at ease . Think I had covered most things and she just helped with understanding an insurance policy . All done now just waiting fir the documents to arrive

Really easy and took just over 1 hour.

I was quite nervous what to expect but Danielle who spoke to me really helped me relax. She explained everything, was very thorough and made the process really easy. I feel so much better knowing that my will is finally done and that i can update at any time in the future. I highly recommend anyone to use Simpler Law.
