Always good service however to be told my order has only been verified this once due to being a week later the usual due to pay dates, is out of my control. Felt a little penalised for something that I couldn’t control

there is no medicine in the parcel

i was questioned several times. then when the delivery arrived 2 days ago the parcel has no Manjiro medicine inside. only the needle and ice pack.
i have send email and getting no response.

Pen received with inadequate cooling

Pen received with inadequate cooling. Ice packed defrosted and warm. The pen was likewise warm. Will not use pen and asked for replacement. Still waiting

Your service ,as always,was very…

Your service ,as always,was very prompt. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the royal mail. I am still waiting for my delivery. I have had two ridiculous excuses why the parcel has not delivered to my door. Now I've been told to go to the service depot tomorrow and collect it myself.

This is my second month using mounjaro…

This is my second month using mounjaro and it's been very simple and easy to use the online pharmacy app I downloaded helps me to reorder with ease and submitting my results to you helps me to get the correct dosage and the spare needles are good as I had one that was faulty,my only critique was this last supply came loosely packed not boxed and was a bit squashed on the packaging but that's down to royal mail I guess.... overall I'm very pleased.

I have not recived my treatment which was sent out 3 days ago and i am sure tbe ice pack has meltwd by now. This should have been shipped out with high priority

Fast service as usual ordered on bank…

Fast service as usual ordered on bank holiday Sunday expected delivery Tuesday but the post office let you down as only delivered yesterday they told me Tuesday but didn't deliver till yesterday ice pack was defrosted.
Since you have change from dpd to the post office the delivery service has gone down hill.
But saying that your order and dispatch service it great.

Let down by Royal Mail 24 Hr tracked delivery

Not SOP fault but they really need to look into an alternative delivery service.
Royal Mail 24Hr tracked delivery, arrived a day late on the hottest May day ever, £333 package left next to my bins in 30+ degrees heat. The package was battered and no longer chilled, but luckily it wasn't warm either, if left for a couple of hours it would have been.

Not the first time this has happened.

Once clinically approved, all order as dispatched via our 24-48 hour express delivery. For future orders, we recommend downloading the Royal Mail app to allow for improved tracking and ability to curate your delivery options.

I would like to offer some reassurance that our pharmacy team monitors UK weather conditions and if temperatures are looking to exceed 30 degrees; we will adapt our packaging to ensure medication stays within a safe temperature while being transported.

I did not receive my order!!

I did not receive my order!!! Can you please solve this? My order was suppose to be with me yesterday and I havent got it i was shown a picture of the carrier (which is NOT where i live) handing my order over.
