Excellent delivery time
I used simple online pharmacy after my previous pharmacy failed to deliver my prescription on time( 19days, still no delivery). i was amazed how quickly my order was delivered ( ordered, and goods delivered within 4 days, and I had a consultation within that time too) I will DEFINITELY be using Simple Online Pharmacy again.

Very professional and quick replies to my request
Checking on my health information especially after I had to have breaks from the weight loss injection due to two knee replacements within one year. I recently requested the injections again as my mobility had improved. My weight and eating had increased also. I filled in the health questions and within 24 hours received a message I had been accepted by your team to restart my next weight loss journey. I received my injection 24 hours later.

Poor customer service
Delivery arrived days late and was left by driver in direct sun, tried making contact with this company to check it’s still safe to consume and keep being fobbed off my very poor customer service for the past after multiple emails they have just responded that if your product has been left in direct sunlight or arrived late please contact us, ong that’s the whole reason I have contacted 3 times and every email states it arrived days late and was kept outside in direct sunlight, spent almost £200 and still unsure a week later if I can actually use this product,

Poor response when problems arise
Delivery of temperature sensitive medicine by Royal Mail was delayed by 24 hours - so delivery occurred outside the period of coolant effectiveness. SOP opined that the Royal Mail delivery chain would have ensured an adequate temperature even in a heatwave (and even though they use a coolant). It is very hard to speak to anyone.

Offer discounts without unethical “recruitment”.
Supply of Mounjaro is always quick and efficient, but I am fed up with being pushed to recruit family and friends to receive a discount. To push a weight loss product like that is unethical, and has had a negative effect on my view of Simply Online. Be fair and offer a straightforward discount for long term users.
