Useless customer service when they eventually respond.
The spout on the small drainer has failed three times. It literally fell off rendering the thing useless as the water drains over the worktop. Spout number 1 was replaced with number 2 as ‘a gesture of good will’, it fell off thus needing spout number 3 which failed after 3 weeks. It cost €20. Apparently their parts carry no warranty! No refund of €20 has been offered. The drainer is no longer made, a new model is on offer.I’ll bet the badly designed spout has changed. They wish to see proof of purchase as the problem could be in the drainer itself……yeah right. I have no receipt ,and even if I did it’s out of warranty. So a useless drainer, a company not owning up to a badly designed product and no satisfaction for the customer.
