I used the telephone number on their website It had a discontinued tone. I emailed their "sales" department on three occasions asking for a reply in the last two emails . I had been shopping around looking for a Nexgrill BBQ but couldn't find the model I wanted. Thankfully I came across the model at SimpleCollection website. I ordered the BBQ and it was swiftly despatched. I live in the far North of Scotland but it still arrived within 5 working days. I have already had several BBQs and it ticks every box.
