So far been doing this for about a week pretty easy I am fasting from 830 till 12:30 in the afternoon. Drinking lots of water and coffee and I have lost about 2 pounds.

I’ve experienced a new way of learning about food and helping my body recover from my past choices of how I’ve chosen to eat, and take care of myself. A very positive and encouraging process!! Never thought I’d learn how to fast for 14-16 hours, and actually feel my body responding in such a positive way!! I thought the lack of calorie accountability would be a deal breaker BUT there is accountability on so many other levels. Once again I must say it’s working for me when nothing else has.

I enjoy the exercise but my balance is off on some of them. My weight is not coming down very quickly but my blood sugars are doing better. I feel better and my frame of mind is better

At first the app was very exciting and informational. It was motivating and helped me to stick to my goal of eating better and opened my mind to the whole fasting idea which has been great. After a while things got repetitive and the analysis of my eating not very accurate. It was still wanting me to be in weight loss mode even though I am 3 pounds under my goal weight. I am now in a mode where I don’t want to lose weight but focus on keeping muscle bone health and keeping fat down. It is discouraging when the app tells me chicken and rice put me over my calories when I’m really actually very hungry because I am being active. Generally my overall steps are always over 10000 but the app will tell me I didn’t move enough or really count that as part of my 90 minutes. I’ve worked out in some way every single day since starting the app and even my days where I ate a little heavy it has been healthy foods. This has been in part due to the positive and negative feedback ( orange furby is an influence!) the app gives, but now I don’t want the negative anymore because again I am not in weight loss mode anymore but maintainance/ sustaining this lifestyle change. I am very hopeful and motivated that I can do this on my own now thanks to the app!

Taught me a lot about the food I ate and how to monitor food and liquids. I wasn’t too good on the exercises, but I took walks and logged that and my water aerobics. Just keep moving!
