Highly recommend
Very nice app with a personalised program and your own AI coach. How much interaction and advise you want is totally up to you. It gives you feedback on your food choices and recipe suggestions and the same for exercising.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful I have had 2 years of cancer and extensive surgeries so was unsure of which package would be best for me they were great and advertised me to speak to my doctor to make sure i would be able to do any of packages they offered which i was very grateful that they were thinking about me and not just trying to make money and they replied promptly and also said i was welcome to speak to them anytime totally put me at ease so fingers crossed I will be able to participate as i felt i could totally trust them

This Simple Life App is the best App…
This Simple Life App is the best App I've come across in helping me lose weight. I've tried other weight loss programmes but did nothing for me. The coach actually listens to what you have to say and gives good advice and helpful suggestions, it doesn't say you must do this or you must do that but guides you into making great choices for your health as well as weight loss, even if you fall off the wagon, lifts your spirits and helps you get back on course and enourages you. The App gives great workouts suited to You. You can log your meals and how many mls or litres of water you drink or beverages. It is well planned out. I highly recommend going on this Simple Life App, you won't be disappointed. I'm certainly not 🤩🤩🤩

This is a money maker for them. Stupid body shaming AI thingy. One day I put I gained 100 # and the next day I'd lose 150# no reactions just a way to go great weight loss so much for my personal helper. WHAT A RIP OFF!
