Bought Moza R9 wheel base. It was shipped next working day, really impressed with the speed. Extra 6% discount on already very good price. The only regret I have is that they didn't have more Moza products, I would buy more. Thanks.

Ordered a TR160 and a seat for my son's 16th birthday. Placed an order a little bit hesitant, due to the promised 48 hour processing time, but let me tell you IT REALLY IS 48 HOURS! Order was shipped extremely fast! When I got the package I had to assemble it myself to surprise my son, which was not an easy task for a person, that has never touched any kind of tools in their life lol. Caution do not Pre-Order from the Company
I pre-ordered the Trak Racer TRX Sim Racing Frame on 11/25/2022 with an estimated shipping date of late December 2022 from Simplace.
First it was supposed to be delivered at the end of December, then it was postponed and I was supposed to receive it at the end of February.
After consultation with Trak Racer, I was told that Simplace had not placed an order with Trak Racer.
That's why the TRX, the first batch is now sold out and I would have to wait for the second batch, which will not be available until the end of May or June.
You have not placed the order again.
Because I think you'll wait until the item is in stock at Trak Racer and then order it,
but thats wrong
as it is a pre-order and the second batch will also be sold out in May-June.
if you don't place the order beforehand.
I don't know what the problem is, just pass my order on to Trak Racer and order.
I asked you when my item will be shipped,

They rarely don't always reply to emails or chats, my last email of 3/7/2023 was not answered either.
I've wasted waiting almost 4 months now for absolutely nothing They don't give any updates either. I took care of this problem myself at Trak Racer.
I do not recommend this store in any way, prefer to order directly from the manufacturers or from other stores, there are enough good stores.

After 2 weeks i have still not received my complete order! But money is withdrawn from my account. Package is now lost with UPS and no reply via the chat.
Worst company ever - will never buy from here again. Have instead order the parts which I never got from the manufacturers websites and got all within few days, at the same price.

RS6 Chassis | Awesome Experience
I ordered the RS6 Chassis from Simplace a few weeks back. The product was out of stock worldwide and I was looking at getting it asap. Their customer support team messaged me about a possible delay in dispatch time but worked through with me every step of the way. Overall my experience with them was amazing, the wait time is a bit higher, but that is due to the supplier, nothing to blame the guys over at Simplace for!!! Amazing experience, and big thanks to Jesse for making sure I was constantly updated!!!!

Took a while but it got here
4 stars and not 5 just because they took a while to ship my order, but it still was on the 5th business day of the 3 to 5 days they displayed on their website, so it was on time. Once it was shipped, it got to me really fast. I got quick replies to the emails I sent to them. Would buy from them again, just need to be a bit patient.

Rig comes with seat brackets in price.
Rig is super stiff, at this moment with Fanatec DD pro, but in near future i will install VRS DFP base.

First time's a winner!
Being me, I of course ordered my flight sim hardware at one of the busiest time of the year. There was a slight delay in dispatching, but nothing egregious or inconvenient overall.
The only negative point that I can think of what a slight breakdown in communication after ordering that left me in the dark a little as to when my order would be shipped. I fed this back, in my usual wordy way, and the feedback was met with a neutral eye and an open mind... as well as a willingness to engage. Most refreshing and seemingly rare as of late.
But again, considering the time of year that I ordered, my experience on the whole has been a positive one. SHOP HERE! These guys are great, the hardware selection is current and competitive... and I will be back!
