I bought some orange towels. It's only been 3 weeks and there is a tear or area that has unraveled on the towel after 3 washings. Walmart towels are better quality!

As a person with a serious illness it seems Simon's feels I should consider killing myself. I find this reprehensible. Immoral. This is a clothing manufacturing company. Stay the fu€k out of my personal decision on my life. I hope Canadians see the despicable sham of a company as the horrible people they are.
No warranty on purchases
Simons' stores provide some of the best browsing and buying experience Canada has to offer, with beautiful layouts and displays. But Simons cannot stand behind the products they sell, even though a lot of them are premium brands retailed at a premium price. This includes the Tonnant boots which are listed for $275.
I purchased a pair of Kleman Tonnant Chelsea Boots around June 2022. Given the warm weather in Ottawa, I tried the pair on at home, was happy with the fit and stored it to be worn around the Fall. I put the boots on and wore them around town in September 2022. The left boot squeaked with every step. I thought this was due to needing to be broken in and didn't think much of it. The noise grew so loud and annoying that it was impossible to walk in an office environment without causing a distraction.
I contacted Simons Customer Service via email and the representative asked about the date of the purchase, the order number and asked me to send a video and picture of the boots. The representative then said that Simons is unable to help because it was past the return period (1 month from date of purchase) and suggested that I reach out to the manufacturer, Kleman. Kleman asked for a video and picture of the Tonnant boots and confirmed that it was a known issue among the model. I asked if I could have the boots fixed under warranty as it had been well less than a year of purchase. Kleman said that they would need to work directly with Simons and asked me to connect a Simons representative with Kleman. Simons has yet connected with Kleman nor I to resolve the issue.
Worst of all, Simons make it impossible to leave reviews of products on their website, unless you create an account BEFORE the purchase of a product. This creates significant barriers for consumers to share their experience and have a transparent market.
Overall, my experience with Simons has been disappointing and will not be returning to make another purchase.

ZERO RATING!! I am disgusted that they produced a commercial advertising murder/euthanasia!! No one should promote or profit from murder/euthanasia. I will not buy anything from them. I saw a commercial they did today and was mortified!!!
They Don't Deserve One Star
If I could give less than one star I would. Simons stores are amazing. Simon's online-- DO NOT ORDER. Worst experience of my life. Delivered my purchase to the wrong address. They gave my phone number out to some random person that worked for Nationex (the delivery company) and they harassed me for days because I called Simons letting them know my order was never delivered. Had to block the number. It took two weeks and me saying I was not getting off the phone unless they dealt with this issue right now for them to refund me. Along the way I heard every excuse in the book. They were investigating. That my order was suddenly out for delivery again. That a supervisor would call me (three times I heard that). My address was hard to find (apparently Nationex has never googled an address or used a map app). I would never recommend anyone buy anything from Simons. I will never step foot in a Simons store again.
Disappointing Service
I am a great fan of Simons, but will not order from them again because of the terrible delivery service. I am still awaiting delivery of something that the Nationex tracking system claimed would be delivered two days ago. And it is absolutely no use asking customer service at Simons if they can track the order - they give a robotic response (in this case, to expect delivery on Monday, October 10 - which happens to be Thanksgiving.)
Too Many Chinese Goods
I used to really like this store but their stock of Chinese goods has increased. Good for Simons profit and the Chinese economy. It's like buying energy from Russia. To make matters worse they do not disclose the origin of the clothes online. I choose to not support China or Russia. I doubt I'll do business with Simons again.

Do not expect you items ordered…
They use Nationex which offers the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. I'm at the point where if I order something I have no expectations whenever I'll receive it. I keep receiving e-mails from Nationex telling me to expect today delivery which is just a bunch of lies. And when you call Simons customer service, do not expect very much from them except a phone call directly to Nationex.
Awful delivery
Simons uses Nation Ex for their shipping which is probably the worst shipping company. They advertise 4 to 7 business days for delivery, but it takes much longer than that. When I have emailed customer service about my orders being late, they don’t do anything. Why say it’ll take max 7 business days when this is clearly not the case and you won’t even help your customers? Every other shipping company will take half the time Nation Ex does.

Never have I witnessed such a dramatic decrease in quality, combined with an equally dramatic increase in price. I used to dedicate 90 percent of my shopping to Simons, sadly it is a company in aesthetic and ethical decline.
Inflexible & annoying shipping options
I do all my shopping online due to the raging pandemic (omnicron), even my groceries. I’m at higher risk to end up in the ICU and I want to spend as little time as possible out in public spaces.
I recently placed an online order with Simons. I wasn’t able to manually update that I’m okay with the package being “safe dropped” outside my door. I live in a safe neighborhood with houses and there’s never any thefts of parcels around here.
I’m sure we have all experienced mail delivery companies not even attempting to delivering parcels, just throwing the notice-for-pickup on the door and then leaving. This happened with my order from Simons despite both me and my husband working from home. To my surprise, Simons have some really strange agreement with Canada Post that won’t even allow me so send someone else to the post office to pick up the parcel.
I emailed Simons and suggested that perhaps they should allow customers to choose to have their package “safe dropped” if they want, given it’s a raging pandemic.
They basically replied that they agreed it would be safer for customers if they’d allow safe-drop, but that it was more important to them that customers in appartment complexes would be able to recieve their parcels safely.
In other words, Simons doesn’t want to take responsibility for lost goods, at the expense of their customers personal safety during a pandemic.
It is safe to say, I won’t be shopping anything else from Simons as long as they cannot get more flexible and cater to our needs (like literally every other online e-commerce site does).

Misleading delivery info.
I usually love simons but this time not so mutch, the say on the site that the delivery will be made by Canada post but it not. It deliver by Nationex a realy bad delivery company, the fact that it not deliver by Canada post mean that there is 95% chance I won't be getting my delivery because I'm working and also I will lose all the rebate i got on it. If they said it wasn't Canada post I would have a it deliver to the store.
