Wrong size twice
Twice ordered from SIMMI London, and twice I have been sent the wrong sized boots. Because of this, I did not have the pair of boots I wanted to wear to an event. Very disappointing. It’s a shame because the quality and design seems very good

Not long lasting
Love the heels aesthetic, but I could have taken a size 8. The size 7 did come up a bit small. What I’m not happy about is the diamanté chain across the toe has started coming off on my very first wear. Doesn’t seem as if it was made to last.
