I purchased 'Niagara Falls' scenery by Jeppeson's after seeing the so called 'Niagara Falls' video on their website. It was an impulse buy (not always a good idea) but as I had before downloaded their Victoria Falls from another website I felt confident. I discovered afterwards that there are serious problems with this area. Although the product is called 'Niagara Falls City Pack' the video is easily designed to fool customers and therefor misrepresents the product. i.e. false advertising which is illegal in the UK. I have emailed both Simmarket and Jeppeson, but have not had a reply.
Buyer Beware – No Retail Responsibility If Product Fails
I purchased SFX Ground for MSFS 2024 from simMarket. The product does not load at any airport and is completely unusable.
When I contacted simMarket support, their response was that they are “a sales platform” and that I must deal with the vendor directly.
That was the extent of their support.
No troubleshooting.
No investigation.
No accountability.
No offer of remedy.
They take your payment, but if the product doesn’t work, they step back and redirect you elsewhere.
As a UK customer, I find this extremely concerning. When you buy from a retailer, your contract is with that retailer — not a third party developer. Being told they are merely a “platform” suggests they do not accept responsibility once money has changed hands.
That is not the level of consumer protection I expect when purchasing digital products.
I will not be purchasing from simMarket again, and I would strongly advise others to consider where responsibility lies before spending money through this marketplace.

It took 24 hours to receive a digital product key for OnAir Company, and the order was canceled after it was not obtained instantly. They won the paypal dispute sending it 24 hours later. Problem is, I did a direct purchase with OnAir afraid to lose my trial progress and thinking i could cancel with no problems with simmarket. Now im stuck with two subscriptions and simmarket blocked me from the site and ive purchased different item that now i don't have access to. That company sucks. Buy direct. STay away from Simmarket. You've been warned.
Poor customer
Poor customer, satisfaction, and unprofessional. They refuse to give your money back even the product is wrong or the product key is not working. I swear they give you a lot of hassle to refund your money back that you need to dispute it with the bank.

I purchased an add on on their site, the bijan enhanced season add on for msfs2024 did not work well, it was defective.
I contacted support and after a few messages they no longer responded, I asked for a refund, denied.
I left a negative review on simmarket and it was not published.
Now I understand why only positive reviews, the negative ones are not published.
This is called fraud.

Bought Software since 2023 up till jan 2025 i lost my downloads because 1percent out of 99% was a hurdle to them when i sent them a ticket. we argued back and forth and they retaliated by blocking me and since federal law doesn't allow typical deputes over 60 days with us banks i lost over 300 dollar's in download's links etc......their typical whiny passive aggressive for sure.....spineless cowardly stubborn insolent and takes the money and runs.....bunch of scared ignorant argumentative ants.....karma will come back and Bite them for stealing and denying me as a paying long term consumer....the least they could have done over their tantrums is give me access to my links by sending a download for all the products or refund me...... i bought plenty from them mistakenly. they feel obligated and justified blocking my account access via log in. yet their rude to me first. so yeah i told them where they could shove it....i leaned never to buy from third party software co like. I sent them an email, telling them that I no longer wanted it, but no matter.
Luckily it cost me €10.12.

Poor support yet again
I uncovered a bug in the Simmarket App and opened a ticket.
They forced users to move to the new app but is developed by a 3rd party. They weren't interested in the slightest even though its's their app. Just told me to take it up with the developer but no indication of how.

They banned my account on a false premise
They banned my account there from using credit card on a grounds of " paypal issue", as they described. I made a new account, which I asked them to transfer all my bought addons from the previous so I won't use the banned account. They refused and banned my second account.
now, I can't use their website / app anymore. Because the minute I use my credit card again they'll ban it again.
I live on a pension and a credit card, for which I pay from my pension. So I can't use another.

I send the proof of the purchase and they answered me there no transactions made. They doesn't care about it .
The Olaf from the support team just close the ticket and eventually with no response.
I ask for an online complain on ec.europa.eu to make sure they not going to do again. Please, if you have the same issue doing the same. And its regrettable the developers doesn't care too. Its shame.
Arrogant, unhelpful
Arrogant, almost hostile and very unhelpful customer service.
I bought 2 products from Sim Market at the same time. One of them I was able to download quickly with no issues at all but the other one requires the Sim Market app to install it. Problem is the app is impossible to download. 10-20 kb/s and never completes the download, no matter which browser or download manager I try. Everything else works fine, including YT, downloading other files and MSFS so it's not on my side.
The very unhelpful customer service agent named Olaf refused to help in any way other than suggesting I restart the download, followed by a conclusion that the problem was on my side and that they wouldn't do anything about it.
Quite possibly my worst customer service experience of all the flight sim stores. I will definitely not buy from Sim Market again and I'm waiting for the refund I had requested.
