From the very beginning in 20 January 2026 until completion day on 30th April 2026 everything was handled with incredible professionalism, speed, and efficiency. In the UK property market, achieving such a smooth and fast completion is truly exceptional.

A very special thank you goes to Lalin, whose performance was absolutely excellent. She carefully reviewed every detail, followed up on every stage of the process, and prepared everything thoroughly and professionally. I used Silvine Law for the purchase of my house which completed in December 2025.

I worked with different members of the team (incl. a more senior member of staff overseeing the work of a more junior member of staff), but found them equally professional.

Communication regarding what was needed from me (and why) was timely and clear. Throughout the process, my questions were answered quickly and in detail. Expectations were managed with the sellers' solicitors as a building survey and a specialist survey had to be undertaken. When needed, my day-to-day contact phoned me to ensure that matters were in hand.

The team was not only knowledgeable but they were also very friendly and approachable which was great given how stressful buying a house could be.
