Overrated

Overrated. 80 euro's for a polyester blouse. Fabric feels cheap. I can get the same at Wibra for (less than) a quarter of the price

Zero lack of support

I bought an item for a birthday present for my wife on January 25th. The item arrived on time Monday January 29th around midday.
I opened the package to see the completely wrong item was delivered. I ordered a black down puffer coat and I received a black fur jacket.

I immediately reached out to support via there website, showing what I ordered on the order confirmation sheet versus the incorrect fur jacket they sent.

I've had no reply from support to try and resolve the issue and I've tried emailing them, calling them via the number on their website and even as far as Instagram direct messages.

Easily the worst lack of customer support I've ever experienced and lack of accountability for their own mistake

Amazing experience

My favorite fashion brand for years has been Silvian Heach. Recently, I had to deal with their customer service regarding a product return and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The service was extremely professional and friendly throughout the entire process. I am now an even bigger fan of the brand!
