Fantastic service and quality footwear. They fit like a glove

The product was very poorly made and did not reflect the price it was advertised at. On top of that, the trainers looked like they had already been worn. The shoelaces were dirty, and there were visible creases at the toe section.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t just this particular item. I also ordered another pair from elsewhere and found a similar issue, so I am now returning both.

The trainers clearly appear to be made from very cheap materials, with a strong plastic-like smell. The workmanship is also extremely poor, particularly where the suede is fraying.

Overall, considering the very high price, these items are of low quality, poorly made, and not fit for purpose. On top of all this, I have to pay for the tracked postage back to them. I certainly will not be ordering from this company again.

Very nice shoes indeed; they look well made and stylish too. Surprisingly comfortable straight away which I don't always expect from new shoes. Will buy again from Silver Street.

I am really delighted with these leather Chukka boots. I had been looking for leather lined boots but they were all 3 times the price And not quite the right shape. For the price, I decided to give these a go. These are wide fitting and comfortable and although they are not fully lined they definitely keep my feet warm in winter and look right! Thank you.

All good with delivery and items themselves but huge issue with organising returns.
The website advises the purchaser to contact Silverstreet by email before returning. I have done so 3 times now over the last week requesting confirmation of how to return and have heard nothing.
Updated as just had communication from Silverstreet with detail’s requested. Busy Christmas period I guess
