Really impressed. Couldn’t believe how reasonably priced the items were, so ordered 3 pairs of earrings. They were dispatched within 2 days and arrived quickly. They’re as beautiful as they look on the website! Will definitely be ordering again.

A huge range of jewellery to choose from. Quality items that arrive safely packaged with a nice jewellery bag to keep the items in. Postage was fast and checkout was smooth and easy to navigate.

I've placed quite a few orders with Silver Rain and all have been delivered quickly, lovely items and worn well over time. I particularly like the Huggies where you can order additional different charms for a bargain rather than buying the same hoops again. Really reasonable prices too. Couldn't recommend enough

I have been a customer for a few years now, ive always bought through the Etsy platform and havent had any issues. Main purchase are usually a few sets of earrings for my wife she loves the mismatched sets. Always great quality items and she hasnt had any issues with tarnishing etc, I would highly recommend. Great pricing too.

Just received my 2 pairs of flatback earrings, I'm really pleased ! I bought the emerald green leaf and the tiny pterosaurs, which are both gorgeous. Delivery was quick also.
Would definitely buy from here again.

I bought these for my Mam as a birthday gift. she loves the birds. Today she sent me a message to say she absolutely loves the blue tit earrings and they are so special. so you have one happy Daughter and one happy Mamma.

Also just add customer service is incredibly helpful. Royal Mail were an issue but Silver rain silver was on hand to help without any hesitation.

The earrings took 2 weeks to come but the customer service was quick to reply and send my refund! I was very worried it wasn’t a good company but I was very wrong! The earrings arrived and my refund arrived so I was able to tell them and keep my beautiful earrings!! I love them! I love the little birds!

I’ve placed several orders for earrings from this company via Etsy and had no issues until recently. Two different pairs of opal studs have lost opals. I contacted the company and they agreed to replace both pairs. You’d think they’d send them together . No they sent them separately. One came and I’m still waiting for the other pair. They want me to wait till Monday almost 2 weeks after they claim they posted it. Why should I???? They don’t seem anxious to put this right. I shan’t be placing any further orders that’s for sure 🤬

Terrible products with terrible customer service. Two out of three items ordered were faulty. They will not cover the postage back for the faulty items. The items are mass produced rubbish!

I was recommended by a few friends and SRS have not disappointed, I got two pairs of silver huggie hoops which are perfect. Love that they come neatly in gift bags too! Wonderful customer service, I spoke to Chloe who was very helpful and sorted my query promptly!

I have recently bought two pairs of earrings and I absolutely love them. First pair I wore all day and didn’t even know they were there. I love silver jewellery and from now Silver Rain will be my go to. Would highly recommend and can’t wait for my next look at the website.
