Silvercloud App not Silvercloud Technologies: This is a waste of time, and makes me feel worse. The 'supporter' missed the last session, no explanation or apology. The app requires the user to have the time and inclination to analyse themselves, and I think I need a human to help me do that, as I'm dealing with a lot of stuff at the moment. It's NHS on the cheap, a tickbox exercise.

Silver Cloud provided Baby Hamper Gift with new devices, from procurement to configuring, to day-to-day support. They took away all the stress and concern of installing new devices and ensured the process was seamless. They also helped us with our security strategy, knowing our devices are secured. We would highly recommend Silver Cloud to all that are considering their services. For a non tech-savvy team, knowing we have their support for all our queries, is of great relief and allows us to focus on growing our business.

We have been using Silver Cloud Technologies to set up our office abroad more than once and continue since years to use their service for all IT related tasks/support/purchases/security. Adrian and his team are quick, reliable and always available to help. We are based outside of the UK but could not find a reliable local IT specialist to support our needs.
