I’d give them a minus if I could! Items took ages to arrive and when they did they weren’t as described - had to send them back at my cost (£20 due to china!) - five months later despite several attempts to chase them for my refund the items were returned to ME as undeliverable. Now trying to get hold of then again and have escalated through CC company. Total scam company - DON’T USE

I wish i had read the reviews before i placed my order and i would give this company 0 stars if that was possible. It certainly appears to be a scam masquerading as a legitimate company in the Netherlands ? SO ANNOYING and yes like everything else we buy seems to be connected to China !

Fake and scam shopping site. Clearly they simply order the items from China once you've placed your order and it either never arrives or takes weeks.
Customer services responds with a non response (sorry your order is delayed... please be patient).
Have contacted my bank to try to obtain a refund

If I could, I would give this company a zero, but that does not give us the option on the stars. I am absolutely furious I paid nearly £100 for an outfit on their website. It just arrived today almost 6 weeks later and it’s absolutely nothing like what I ordered. It’s an absolute piece of tack. I too like some of these other reviews, which I had read them first, which I normally do, but I was under the impression they were based in the UK not coming from some sweat shop in China. Whatever you do do not buy anything from this company as their products are absolute crap.
I want a full refund if I can have a pin them down to get somebody to listen they have so many different business listings one says they’re in the USA one says they’re in the UK and another one says they’re in Holland. I’m not giving up on this. I am absolutely fricking furious.

Ordered a sports bra and it is not fit for purposes. I usually read all the truspilot reviews first but this time I didn’t. That was a mistake !! Do not buy and reading the other reviews on here I am not going to bother sending it back as it will likely be unsuccessful

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I was sent the wrong colour, after many emails back and forth asking to return them for a refund they said I didn’t need to return them and received a refund email, however 3 weeks later and many emails with no response have still not received a refund. No tel no for customer service either and the tel no online does not work. Scam

Appalling, fraudulent website. Do not use. You basically cannot return anything despite what it says about the 30 day return policy on website.

Ordered a sports bra. Took a while to arrive, then terrible fit. Trying to get them to respond to do a refund is a joke. I have sent 3 emails, an online form, and used the online chat. They are literally ghosting me. Thank goodness I only spent £20 and not a lot more. Total sham. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I also wish I had read reviews. But why would I? A U.K. based company who have a 30 day return policy. This is all a lie!
My 3 bra’s arrived anfter 2 weeks and after wearing once they are ripping.
I contacted the company and I was told they need to go back to china and shipping costs are expensive. But the company is meant to be in UK?
I was as offered a 30% refund in goodwill. They will not let me return my faulty items for free as the T&c say they will. The quality is poor. And do not alter like the video claims.

I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering. It took so long for delivery and what arrived is not fit for purpose or as advertised and to help me save costs of return postage, for an item the is not as advertised, back to China, they have said I can get a 30% refund - avoid this sham of a company

Very cheap bra the back fastening already looks frayed and does not sit nicely the fabric gets all bunched up. I want to return it

Firstly company is in china and delivery took well over a month for the item to arrive. Product arrived and is only fit for the bin, really poor quality, the complete opposite of what is advertised. Sizing is completely off. Refunds are not offered unless you want to send the item back to china with exorbitant shipping costs so they offer you a 30% refund and you keep the item, which you could say is a win:win except the item is completely unwearable and only fit for the bin, so a complete rip off. Please don’t fall for this company’s marketing like I did.

The start wasn't good as they failed to put my house number on the package so it took in excess of 3 weeks to arrive. It was so late I thought I'd been scammed at this point! However, more was to come! The item was bought as an XXL (as suggested by their own sizing guide), this was not an XXL! It was TINY!
When reporting this back to the company the spiel was very slick but the sentiment was clear - no full refund despite it not being fit for purpose. Managed to push them to 40% refund and was lucky to get that according to their returns policy as the item was now in 'the sale' and there were no refunds at all on sale items!
So my recommendation is to avoid buying here - the sizings are all wrong and the returns policy is poor for the consumer - BUYER BEWARE

DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY - I ordered a size 8 coat and they sent me a one size (huge) coat that was completely different! It had holes in it and was just cheap and nasty! They said I could not return it and have offered me 30% refund which is completely unacceptable for a damaged and incorrect item!
