My 2 starpery "hot" dolls came om time , no damage shipped by FedEx. I'm 73, single , tried a doll. They are great companions . I get my own different wigs , and of course . Dolls like to wear short silk slipdresses from silksilky. Dolls do not argue, spend money, cheat, get sick, and are always home in bed . Nice

Excellent customer service! Staff is easy to contact even though they are a small team! Definitely felt heard when I had problems with my doll and they stayed in touch with me every step of the way from submitting the order to making sure I was satisfied with my investment! Highly recommend!

Friendly, helpful staff that are happy to help every step of the way. If they don't know the answer, they find out and come back to you. The doll I got looked better then the factory photos, which I was very surprised by. May get another next year from them!

As ever Silicon Lovers are a good company to do business with - their staff are friendly and knowledgeable and do strive to provide a good service. This was my fifth purchase from them and I've just made my sixth order. The products are good, the prices reasonable for what these are and order process as efficient as it can be.

The processes of International Logistics are fraught with frustrations but Silicon Lovers do their best to help and keep you in the loop. The final delivery phase, particularly in the UK, is a bit alarming. The doll sits for weeks in UK customs and then suddenly clears customs and is out for the delivery the very next day. Suddenly having to change your plans to expect a delivery driver on the doorstep with a 40kg cardboard box is quite a pivot. None of this is Silicon Lovers fault, but their tracking systems do send you an email as soon as the shipment clears customs.

Great service with good communication, fast delivery and some of the best prices around. Highly recommended.

Before anything. I want to say that my girl arrived in perfect conditions and I'm absolutely in love with her. She is really a beauty. After cleaning and mounting her completely I cannot stop watching her. The only thing is that she came with brown eyes instead of blue but actually I think I liked the way she came. I do not think to change anything on her.
