I purchased a watch in February 2025 for my sons 17th birthday. It wasn't delivered to my home as I needed to pay an import tax £35.89. Their website and documents said that I should email them a copy of my receipt and it will be refunded. Eight emails later and not even an answer from them. I can't find a telephone number either.

Looks just as good in real life as on the website and the materials are all high quality

I bought a watch from them and at first everything looked great and I liked the watch but it didn't fit my wrist size so I wanted to return it. I e-mailed them about returning the watch and at first the replied that there return label computer was broken or something and that they would come back to me once it was made. That was already kinda weird but hey, things breake so I went with it. Since then I haven't heard anyting from them, I have send multiple e-mails but there just ingoring me. So don't buy anything here, the watch may look great but if you want to return it your screwed. I have read multiple reviews of people who experienced the same thing.

I placed an order 7 days ago and have not received a shipping email or any other form of confirmation of my order. I have also sent 2 emails to try and find out what is happening, which has made no difference. All in all, a bad experience.

Really great company, my necklace broke and I got a new necklace within 2 days of mailing with the company. Good looking jewellry.

I bought the varenna classic edition and I love the look and feel, it’s a little lightweight which gives it a classy touch. It sits perfectly on my wrist. Also the gold is not too shiny which again makes it really classic. My only complaint is that it got delivered one day late, but I would definitely buy again!

Fast delivery and a good good watch. I have been looking for something like that all the time. Totally worth the buy and I was surly not the last one at Sileth.

Got the watch as a gift from my aunt. The color its blue and it looks great. The box its great(even though it came with a 2/3cm scratch on the side) and the unboxing experience aswell. The watch works perfectly fine, its sleek and its rated at 5ATM waterproof.

Watch broke after 2 Months. I asked for a refund however I got no replie.

I made a purchase of a watch, it is of very good quality and its unique design. Apart from that, it also includes the adjustment tool if you need to do it.

I am a regular customer at Sileth, I have already ordered several rings and bracelets and two watches and I have to say that I have been satisfied with every single order. I only managed to get one watch to not work, but when I contacted support, it turned out that it was my mistake and the watch works perfectly. I have also read the other reviews on Trustpilot, but for the life of me I cannot explain where they come from. I am and will definitely remain a regular customer.

Ordered a new watch recently, great quality, great design (llve the colors with the name on the dial)! Can definetly recommend sileth and I surely will buy again sth!

I live in Germany, so it arrived pretty quickly. I got a Necklace, Bracelet and Serena Watch. Really happy with my purchase :)

I bought a watch for my sone birthday. When it arrived it didnt work. Sileth did give me some advice to try and get it to work but to no avail. I have now sent over 4 messages to them requiring a refund with no replies. Total scam of a website.

Paid £80 for two watches. The watches arrived and looked nothing like the photos, the quality was just awful - I wouldn’t pay more than £5 each.

I emailed them to ask to return the product and get a full refund, in which they asked me to spend £13 for sending them back to Germany.

Since sending them and providing tracking information (it was sent successfully), I have heard nothing and not received my refund. I have sent 4 emails to chase up and am clearly getting ignored.

I ordered a watch around Xmas time in hopes that it would arrive in time for the New Year.
This is where the misleading website comes in, Sileth is branded as a EU located company, with a fiscal adress in Munich so you would expect they would ship their orders from there. Wrong. Sileth actually just acts as EU midle man and all of its products come and are shipped from China.
Because of this my order is now stuck in customs, for suspicion of counter fit goods.

On top of all this, they have shady business practices like no returns on on sale items and its impossible to get any type of customer support as they only provide an email adress.

Very saddened with this experience.
