The worst inept company I have ever dealt with.

Placed an order on 31st March ,and received confirmation saying order will be prosessed.
As of today 16 th April,..nothing, despite numerous promises its being dispatched, you will receive DHL tracking,etc. Nothing!
This company is so bad they did not even collect the payment from my debit card! ;(fortunately) as this meant I could cancel the order and order from a reputable company.
How they ever got a 5 star reveiw I will never know.
