had problems with a mattress and on getting in touch with Silentnight they replaced it without a quibble. everyone from the firm was so helpful making sure everything was ok. the 2 girls we dealt with were very pleasant. the customer service was excellent

A month ago we bought a geltex 2000 matress and I’m yet to have more than 3 hours sleep a night. Every time my husband moves it’s like being on a trampoline, and as for cooling there hasn’t been one night when I haven’t had to peel the sheets off. Wish we’d bought just an ordinary mattress.

After purchasing a mattress online and paid for next day delivery 12/09/2022 a week later I am still waiting for my mattress to be delivered, I contacted Silent night on several occasions and was reassured it will be delivered. On the day of delivery I get an email stating that they cannot deliver as they cannot find my order , this has happened twice in a week, I’ve lost 2 days earnings as had to take time off from work . I have now cancelled this order and I advise anyone not to deal with them.

My choice of buying silentnight was simply because they are reliable for comfort and long lasting quality The mattress I brought was firm but so comfortable. It gave added support for when you may roll over in the bed. A good choice and I would recommend silent night not just for their mattresses, but all their bedding.

Bought two single 3 foot matteresses silent night micra coil sleep from Matteress man cost well over £400 got to say don’t buy one I’ve got to be honest the biggest waste of money!!!! Since day one I’ve had severe pressure points in the base of my spine but a lame settlement excuse is the biggest load of waffle out all the edges are out of shape we put them at all angles but unless your laying on one how can you really see all I can say is I will never deal with them again as they are not fit for purpose, quick enough to take your money not good on the aftercare so it’s looking like it’s down the legal route.

Purchased a mattress April 2016 wires showing and sagging and torn material in four positions unacceptable

I have had two Silentnight 2000 Pocket Memory mattresses over the last four years and both developed a 'Sink Hole' where the pockets had collapsed. Silentnight didn't want to know and I had to deal through the original supplier FGS Furnishings of Sleaford. They charged me a reduced rate of £165.76 for replacing it which makes a complete mockery of the Silentnight 5 Year Guarantee. I am now dealing with FGS Furnishings again with the second mattress with the same problem and wait to hear from them on how this problem will be resolved.

Very pleased with my new mattress which is very soft. It did take several weeks to get used to it but apparently this is normal.

Worst mattress I ever had. Paid almost £800 for it and it's not even been 3 years and al lthe springs are knackered. Over-priced cack and the guarantee is not a guarantee. It's "pay us more money and we will replace it" with varying degrees of penalty depending on how long you have had it. What a waste of money... absolutely appalling.

This is the first time I have had to provide such a poor review for an internet service. I purchased a mattress from this company and paid the extra delivery fee for a saturday delivery. The ordering process was good and the price seemed reasonable. I received 2 confirmations that my delivery would be with me by 6pm on the said saturday but it did not arrive. I rang the company late afternoon to be told that the mattress was on its way and would be with me by 6pm as promised and contracted but it did not arrive and when I tried to ring later just before 6pm I only got an answer -phone. I had asked for a telephone number of the courier but this was not provided. All other internet deliveries I have had ( and there have been many ) have provided a contact for the courier and indeed the couriers often get in touch to confirm where they are and the time of delivery - none of this happened with this company. I am left with a bedstead that has no mattress.

This is the first time I've bought a mattress directly from Silentnight but I will do it again, the service is excellent the site gives depth of mattress information & the price was much better than at other sites. I really liked that you can choose day of delivery none of this waiting 6-8 weeks & not knowing when it will arrive. I would highly recommend using this site for buying your Silentnight mattress.
