Terrible customer service!!
I paid a lot of money for a number of items but had to do a return due to the wrong size.
After months of contacting the company for a refund, I still haven't received a reply or a refund!
Awful, awful company!!
I would avoid buying from them

Zero rating for this scam company who have taken my money and not delivered my items. Comes across as genuine but please don't be misled. Despite numerous attempts by email and social media to ask where my order is I have received no response. Luckily I paid by credit card so can make a claim to get my money back.

I ordered an item for my daughters wedding which is in 2 weeks time now and no item has been dispatched or received!!! They ignore all attempts of contact- I’ve emailed - I’ve direct messages on Instagram and I have left comments on Instagram posts - total scam - ❌❌❌‼️⁉️🛑 STAY AWAY AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- £300 stolen from me ❌❌❌‼️⁉️🛑

Defective skirt, very poor customer service, still waiting for refund.
I ordered a skirt for my sister, and she received it on time. However, the dye on the skirt had bled -- it was defective. She had to ask Sikaa multiple times to get a free return shipping label. It is two months later, and I have still not received a refund for the skirt. I have written them several times, and have received no response. DO NOT BUY FROM SIKAA.

My experience with this company was good, until I returned my item for a refund. After that, the service went downhill. I was forced to open a dispute via PayPal (thank God I used PayPal) to receive my refund. The company strike me as disingenuous and I will not purchase from them again and certainly do not recommend. Sad, I really wanted to like them, especially as they’re black-owned. Shop at your peril!

First time iv ordered from this company as i wanted something special to wear for the races and have to say i get nervous when havmt ordered from a company before , i usally dont bother leaving reviews but thought the need too as i was super impressed, only took 2 days to arrive in the most beautiful packaging and the tissue paper matched the design of the outfit i had ordered plus a lovely card i was so impressed, the outfit itself was beyond gorgeous, it was a silk two piece , it felt amazing on and the silk hung beautifully, its not the cheapest of websites but you certainly get exactly what you pay for will definitely be using them again 5 *** from me

I ordered an item from them and paid for next day delivery. I did not get a despatch note so contacted SIka'a via email, as they have taken the payment and not provided my goods. If I could I would not give them a star all! I've sent 3 emails and had not response from them at all. They have a 15% discount by way of an introduction offer, which is pretty worthless if you don't get your goods. Please avoid my experience, and don't hand over your well earned income. As I used my credit card then I'm going to seek recourse via that route. If I could I would give them a zero rating.
