I find the customer service non existent at Signsations. I call, no one picks up the phone. I leave a message, no one returns my call.

Good quality product (I often order the aluminum name plates for our office), easy invoicing and quick customer service. HIghly recommend using Signsations!

Very reliable company. Highly recommend it.

I would not reccomend using this company at all. Although, he product turned out fine; The customer service was terrible, they were not helpful, they never answered the phone or my emails. They were not honest about delivery dates and came up with several excuses. Save yourself from the headache and do not use this business. It took well over 5 weeks to receive my signs after they told me it would be 5-10 business days.

It took a few times to get the details down on exactly what we wanted but once we received the products, they were great! We ordered conference room signs with vacant/occupied sliders and we can slide out the conference room name if we ever need to change them. Extremely satisfied with the outcome and would definitely recommend to anyone.

It took a little longer than expected to place the order - choice of materials, editing the proof, deciding upon mounting, etc. But once it was ordered, the signs came out perfectly and arrived in quick order.

No issue with the quality of the nameplates I ordered, but it took over a week (and me reaching out) to get the proof.

When I finally got the signs right and approved by the people whose names would appear, I had to use a special form to approve the proofs. I was not aware of that (My fault for not reading the whole email message). I used the special form to approve the proof, and their "Production department" still make the sign incorrectly. They promptly fixed it, but I had to wait for that sign to be remade.

We ordered door signs for our clinical team and the front door to our suite. Signsations were able to engrave the door plates and put our color logo on it. They looked great!

We had our building directory with them, and our first experience was just fine, but when we ordered extra stripes for the building directory, they took for ever to respond to emails, and the stripes that they sent were damage, I sent an email and I am waiting for a response.

Sign arrived on time good quality, including the logo printed in color.

I had been shopping around for weeks for a place that could make the type of sign we needed. Signsations immediately sent me a proof after I submitted a request online. Literally the next day my sign was ready.

Love the product. The former office directory had not been updated since 2002, so as you can imagine, it was beyond in need of being updated.

The new sign [IS] a 100% improvement,much more professional and business like. More orders in the very near future as the office is restructuring.

I did a random search online for a company who could create a name plate for one of our conference rooms. The initial response from my inquiry was a bit slow, I actually had to reach back out a 2nd time. However, after that, I received a perfect proof to approve, quick delivery and a beautiful product. Very Pleased and I would use them again. I Think the initial lack of response was just a fluke. Everything after went very smoothly.

I received 2 door name plates this week. Customer service was wonderful, couldn't have been nicer. Not only were the name plates exactly what I wanted they arrived very quickly as well. Next time I know exactly where to order from. Thanks again!

The main issue I have is that we submit our orders with DT #s and PO #s, but neither of these numbers are ever referenced with the correspondence we get from them, such as approvals/proofs. They are the only vendor we use that do not give us this information. Due to that inconvenience, I have to spend time searching through all of the orders we have sent to Signsations and figure out which one matches. This is definitely preventing me from recommending large amounts of orders be sent to Signsations.
