Do not be bothered to place an order with them unless you are a professional graphic designer. The shocking company, i knew something was not right when i saw the delivery cost at £19.99 .(cheaper is got goods shipped from China).
But this says a lot about a company that is very profit driven.
I placed an order, and then i want to cancel it as i don't want to use their "artwork", Wanted to use my own but unfortunately, the picture didn't have a special CMYK colour or some crop marks.
So simply want to cancel the order but then i find out there is a cancellation fee of 40% order value for labour like "writing an email " "creating your invoice" "checking your artwork "
I will be reporting this business to trading standards.

When you place an order and choose to supply your own print ready artwork there is a prompt to advise you to make sure that what you are supplying is correct before placing the order and advises the correct file format to supply.
We always do a free artwork check when you place your order and make you aware if there are any issues with what you have sent. Unfortunately there were numerous issues with your files as it was just a screenshot and other issues including incorrect size, wrong proportions, wrong file format and very low quality.
We advised you what issues there were with your files and then gave multiple suggestions to correct it. We advised you to look at the link to our artwork guidelines to see if you could do it yourself but also gave the option for us to create the artwork for you. Due to the image you sent only being a screenshot of someone elses property we made you aware that the only way for us to do it would have been for us to start again and our graphic designers create a new design similar to the image you sent but this is a service and is therefore chargeable.
You said you did not want to pay for us to do this and expected us to provide this extra service free of charge to you which we told you we could not do and advised you could use your own graphic designer and supply us the print ready files as per your order if that suited you better.
Unfortunately you requested a refund and the reason you gave was we would not do the extra work free of charge.
There is not a 40% cancellation charge as you have stated. We charge a small amount to cover costs we have incurred as you have not been able to supply print ready artwork as per your order.
With regard to the delivery cost I can assure you that this is either at or below cost as courier costs have increased dramatically over the last year or 2.

As you are aware it was despatched from us earlier than expected but unfortunately there was an issue with the couriers which is beyond our control. We reprinted your order and despatched it with a different courier which you have now received. I hope you are happy with your order and please accept our appologies on behalf of the couriers.

Hi Henry, we are really sorry that you are not happy with your product being supplied in 2 separate pieces. Our website does have the following notice on the product description.
Please Note: We can print any size you require, but orders larger than 1325mm wide may be split into sections. This is due to the roll widths available as industry standard. Please leave a note if you have any preference on how we split your order.
As there were no instructions on how you wanted it split, we put the split so it was going through no text and mostly solid colour so minimal alignment would be required.
