We have ordered an acrylic sign for our office wall. It arrived very well packed and quality was above our expectations. Thank you once again !

Non existent customer service. Took over £60 from my order which has still not been received months later. Don't answer the phone or reply to messages. I have had to request a charge back from my credit card.
DO NOT USE!!!

Ordered sign a month ago. Absolutely nothing from them. Number doesn’t exist. Doesn’t reply to any emails.
Making sure they are reported so doesn’t happen to others! Disgusting customer service. Disgraceful company!

Scammers; take your money and don’t deliver goods or reply to any messages. No order confirmation was recieved and when trying to contact on there WhatsApp support have been ignored. Mobile numbers don’t answer anymore

I placed an order with Sign Art Pro on the 27th March as they are a local business.
I didn't receive an order confirmation, so I emailed to confirm that the order had been placed.
I received an email reply from Ali the next day on the 28th March, confirming that the order had indeed been placed.
On the 26th April I was growing concerned about where my order was, but I received a phone call from Ali apologising for the delay in the order delivery and that there had been a communication issue within the team.
Ali very kindly offered to remake the sign that same day and personally hand-deliver it to my home address the following day.
Ali kept to his promise and hand-delivered the sign to my house today (Saturday 27th April).
Ali even made an additional alternatively-designed sign free of charge as a goodwill gesture in case we decided to use that one instead!
Me and my partner are delighted with the quality of the products and the end-service that was given to us.
Ali went above and beyond and we look forward to showing off the sign to our visitors!

Initially my parcel was late and I couldn't get hold of anyone to ask why, but a guy called me to apologise and said my parcel (a sign for my business) would be delivered today. It was, and Im really happy with it...thank you!!

I made an order on Monday of this week, was promised a fast delivery but haven't received any confirmation in regards to you receiving my order and havnt been able to get intouch with anyone as no-one will pick up the phone.

I made order 15.02.24 and paid for it £52 , and still haven’t received nothing, for start they answer my phone call , in 2 weeks they disappeared, they didn’t answer my calls and emails in a weeks I received a email that they will refund, but it’s 4 days after this email and still nothing. For sure i don’t recommend you to have any business with this company if it is real? I don’t think so. Today is 8 of march…
