I ordered an Alfa Wifi Camp Pro 2v2 in mid December from Signal Boosters.com. It noted a 5-7 day lead time. A week later I received an email that my order was on backorder and I would be notified when it would be shipping. Two weeks later I received notice my product was shipping. 4 days later I received the wrong product. I notified Signal Boosters of the incorrect order and received an email with RMA information but no shipping label.
I emailed Signal Booster several times inquiring about a Return Shipping Label, but never received any reply or direction.
I ended up paying for shipping to return the incorrect product.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Signal Booster.com to anyone.

2025-10-23: Signal Boosters Canada provided a full refund for the defective device (below, dated 2025-08-17 ). This demonstrates SBC's integrity in customer relations. Purchased other products from SBC, all high quality without exception.
2025-08-17: Teltonika RUTM50 Modem-Router sold by Signal Boosters, Canada (SBC): It functioned for 10-days, then developed issues. Out-of-service for 24-days to date and no response from Teltonika who have total disregard or inability to provide support.

Purchased a Cel-fi Go G41, spent over $1,700. Product does not work. No one from signal boosters will return my call. No one from Cel-Fi will return my call. Once you purchase something from here you are on your own. They are very helpful when ordering but once they get your money, your screwed!

I would not recommend wasting your time with either company!!!!

I purchased a signal booster in MARCH 2022,it had a 2 yr warranty, worked fine until early JULY 2023, after repeated tries to contact the company regarding the warranty , finally got a short email response saying the company is being liqidated and nothing can be done.
Apparently the current company has the same website and contact details as the company I purchased my signal booster from. SO BE AWARE BE CAREFULL signalboostersaustralia 2+2 is not making 4

Absolute crooks. Provided a faulty part them promised to replace it under warranty. Have now been waiting over 9 months for replacement to arrive & they keep blaming couriers, have no intnention of providing anything or refunding any money. Should be in jail.

No one ever contacted me back after multiple mails and site form.
No trust, you will not do business with my company.

Took a while to arrive but it was worth the wait, with 3 ft thick walls we stood no chance of getting a mobile signal indoors! This arrived and we easily installed it and now have fabulously strong mobile signal in all rooms. We have a mobile wifi unit, and now with the extra signal boost this works better also.

Ordered a booster they charged my card and failed to deliver. Emailed and made several calls left with calling my bank to get my money back. On top of the problems they have very bad customer service

This is a scam avoid at all cost, i brought a 2g 3g 4g tri band mobile repeater gsm band 20 cost over £500. They buy the products from ali express for half the price in my case £235.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST. I had problem installing my product so i called customer service. I was told and oversea engineer will call me in 48 hours. Over 2 week of me calling and getting the phone put down on me, on numerous occasions. They final answer but it was the same response. So basically the are running down the 30 days money back which ali express do aswell lol.

I am stuck with this piece of garbage now but if i can stop people making the same mistake that enough for me. AVOID AT ALL COST BUY FROM ALI EXPRESS DIRECT THIS IS A MIDDLE MAN

Purchased a Wilson Pro 70 refurbished kit. Signal Booster had the best price, in fact, I didn't see a refurbished unit offered anywhere else. I noticed that I received a Pro 70 plus which is a more expensive model. The shipping manifest showed a Pro 70 plus so it wasn't an accident. What a nice surprise!

All the accessories look new. The Pro 70 plus has some light scratches but is otherwise in great condition. I plugged the unit in and it powered up. I assume it works.

I ordered from their website. Tried to contact using email, phone, and live chat to get shipping update. No luck with any communication. Getting refund and will purchase from a different company.

Horrible Customer Service. I ordered an antenna from this company almost 3 weeks ago. I have called several times and left messages with their answering service who answers for their support, and no one has ever contacted me back! This company makes a lot of claims and offers, such as lifetime support, but what good is lifetime support of no one will ever call you back after numerous phone calls?!

Ordered on Jan 15th. Got a an email on Jan 29th saying it was shipped. Then just got an email Jan 30th saying the Part was refunded.

Sent them an Email why it was refunded they sent me this:

"Sorry - Item ordered has abruptly gone out of stock, Nevertheless, we sincerely apologize to you for this unacceptable incident and deeply regret the inconvenience."

Really waiting this long for the Item to ship to only get this message? you should of sent me an email before Refunding it... this Part was for a Business and will be ordering more but forget that.

My order came quickly. I mounted the antenna on a five foot pole attached to my chimney. We have a single story home. The cell tower is 4 miles away. The geography here is flat, with our house a little lower in elevation. Where before I had to almost always hold outside for calls, and that wasn't always the best, I now have more bars on my phone inside the house than outside. Very satisfied.

I was apprehensive about this product that it would actually work. I installed the sure call and it actually works better than I could imagine. I immediately went from no service to 3 bars and my data works also. I would definitely recommend this product.

We needed to do something, over the last year we have missed important calls and thousands of other calls. Our own kids couldn't contact us if we were at home!! We have a metal roof and basically no signal in our house. After installing our signal booster we went to 2 bars of LTE immediately!! This is the first time we have ever had LTE signal in our house! We are very pleased with your product and highly recommend it to anyone who experiences little to no signal!! Simple instructions for installation! Thanks!!

If three or four bars and 4G know where I didn't have nothing before works really great
