Website says "free delivery withing 72h" but is up to 10days. Only found out after 48 hours of placing order. If seller would be honest upfront than i would pay more to get it faster. Just put a simple note next to it with a correct statement and be honest and say it takes 10 days. Than i would choose differently. He has parts which are hart to find but he is not the only one.

Have an old Compaq E500 machine. Useful because it has all the interfaces on it, serial rs232, parallel, as well as usb. The backlight inverter failed and the screen started to deteriorate. Replacement parts are extremely hard to find. Was able to replace the backlight inverter and screen and now it all works. Compaq will live a few more years of life thanks to Sierra Indigo.
Sierra Indigo was quick to ship and replacement parts arrived fast despite out-of-country order. All was packed excellently.

The motherboard arrived very well packaged and in excellent condition, it was obvious time had been spent on cleaning and checking the board.
Just replaced the cmos battery stuck in a processor and ram and it worked perfectly on boot. Super service and would highly recommend Sierra Indigo.

I had to order directly as the user refused all contact and refused to allow ordering via eBay after only one straight forward and honest question. They blocked all contact and refused to allow the purchase of items over eBay. Very Poor Customer Service. I would be very cautious of using them in any future transactions.

Fast, Efficient, Exactly as Described, Highly Recommended

Dealing direct with Sierra Indigo was fairly quick and effective with delivery being reasonably quick for the time of year. I did wonder why they included a battery with the board ordered though as that was most likely dead or a risk and was in fact dead. This didn't cause a problem though as I had a spare battery and the board worked perfectly.

Dealing with the company over eBay though was painful with odd or lack of communication including inexplicably blocking buyers. Plus it is cheaper to deal direct with them and this experience was painless.
