ZERO customer service

I ordered “Braless” from them. They advertise as a Canadian brand but it came with a “made in china” label. I reached out several times to inquire - no response.

The fragrance WAS lovely though so I thought perhaps it was just the container being manufactured in China.

I ordered a second fragrance, “Midas” but it REALLY was not for me. I’ve tried a number of times to reach them to inquire if I can return or exchange the product - ZERO response even though they provide an email to contact for returns.

Customer service is no existent. Even though I loved the first fragrance, I won’t be buying again.

I absolutely love my solid perfume and…

I absolutely love my solid perfume and I didn't even end up with the scent I was meaning to buy!

I have been wanting to try a solid perfume for a while and have been eyeballing a different brand. But the other company's products didn't say they were Phthalate- and Paraben-free and shipped from Australia, which was a deal breaker for me. So I have been looking for a Canadian brand that meets my requirements.

I found Sidia and was looking forward to try their products. I was also excited about it being described as subtle and wearing close to the body. My lifestyle is very clean, so I stopped wearing conventional perfumes a long time ago and became quite sensitive to strong, chemical scents.

I was meaning to get BRALESS, but accidentally ordered MIDAS and it shipped faster than their support got a chance to get back to me. But when it arrived the box smelled so amazing that I decided to keep it.

It's divine! From the description I expected the scent to be much more herby/essential oil forward, kind of like hippy smells. But it is nothing like that! The scent is incredibly sophisticated, complex and subtle. And this isn't even the scent I wanted! I would have never tried it otherwise, so I am kind of glad I got it by mistake.

It does wear very close to the body, which I love! My husband also comments every time I wear it.

I love how small and compact it is, it would be great to travel with, as it's not a liquid and can be brought in a carry on.

I almost want to get the second one, just to see how the scent I initially had in mind is!

Bad experience

I really wanted to love this fragrance - the Instagram influencer description made it sound luxurious, light and not overpowering vanilla smell. I rarely treat myself to such luxuries , but I was influenced. So then a friend of mine let me try her bottle the day mine finally arrived…she didn’t care for it at all and thought I should sample before opening mine. This scent was a huge letdown, on me it turned out quite differently. It’s much stronger than expected, and right away gave me a pretty bad headache. I was hoping the scent would disappear, but it stuck and made my head and sinuses hurt all day. I reached out to the company, with photos and a video of the UN-OPENED products and explained my experience. Because I ordered it as a set, and there was a discount, they said a return wasn’t an option. They suggested I gift it away. That’s quite an assumption that I could afford to gift this away. I’ve offered to pay the return postage, so really, they lose nothing…just me. Beware of your purchases from this brand, and unless you can sample it before you buy, I wouldn’t buy this.
