I am not normally one to write poor reviews but felt this firm needed one.I wouldn’t use or recommend this company to anyone. Delivery was late and to be honest the trainers looked as though they were repurposed and not brand new with the yellow staining to white trainers. Fortunately as I had never heard of the company before I purchased the goods thru Klarna. I sent everything back and raised a dispute for how legit the item was. I was due a £59 refund and they sent me £29 back. I have again emailed the company and disputed this with Klarna. Please do not use and source thru other legit suppliers.

Placed 2 separate orders and both were cancelled with no initial reason given. I had to send an email inquiring the reason for the cancellations and was given the response that it was an issue with their supplier and the supplier has been issued a fine and I would receive a $10 credit for any future purchase. Sorry Side Kicks I’m a true sneaker head… I care more about having those shoes I ordered than the 10 measly dollars you’re offering.

Shocked & disappointed
Never purchased from this company before, but I saw mostly positive reviews, so i ordered some shoes on their website.
The shoe box arrived completely battered, and the shoes were missing the authentication tag. I emailed support and they didn't respond until i left them a negative review here.
They offered for me to send the shoes back to them to add the tag (and risk more damage when they return) or a £10 partial refund.
How does a company that boasts about their authentication process forget an authentication tag??
There are a few other reviews complaining about the same box damage too. Wish i'd noticed this before ordering. A box which is falling apart at the seams decreases collector value. They either send you a broken box and hope you don't complain, or they don't even try to ship it with any care at all.
You can see in their responses how they take 0 blame or accountability for their own poor service. Avoid this company if you don't want to deal with the headache.
