Totally incompetent SIBS support.
If something goes wrong with their MBWay service, they'll just ignore you with automated message.
They use broken terminals and fail the transactions.
Even evidences of successful transactions from bank side means nothing to them (they ASSUME that transactions reach the recepient). SIBS/MBWay just want your money without any responsibilities.
So be ready to lose your money because of them if you dare to use MBWay.
