I obviously paid upfront for my items. I was then advised that one product was unavailable, and that the other could be delivered. I said the delivery wasn’t urgent, and to wait for the second product before delivering. Both items were finally delivered, but it did take a very very long time. The delay was much more than was reasonable.

I ordered a product from them. I paid through PayPal.
I got no response from Company. I had to go to their UK site Clickpoint to even get the order number. Having got that I chased the site up. I was promised a tracking number, never got it. then a message to say if the goods arrive to let them know and they would refund the delivery fees. a week later nothing and finally got a refund via PayPal. They have no idea what is happening with orders and suggest that you do not use them.
