$500 "Melrose" frames began falling apart within a year. My retailer covered replacement, but the frames that arrived were completely different from original pair. Different color, and gold trim instead of black. When I contacted the company to see if they could send ones that were black and white like the original pair, or fix originals, they said they would only speak to my retailer, then blocked me from further contact. Horrible customer service, cheap product. Don't waste your money.

Stand behind their products!

I purchased a pair of their Canby Wood glasses in April '22 and use them regularly. Unfortunately, one of the hinges broke and the glasses where no longer usable.

I wrote to the customer support and told them about my experience and they have decided to replace the glasses at no cost, even though they are out of warranty.

Not saying they will do this for everyone, but I am very happy that they are standing behind their products!!

Great quality glasses, very fair price, with great customer support.
