Great installers, Great team and most of all Great Heating ENGINEERS, a word that is thrown around too often these days!!
After having a new heating system installed (Heat pump) by another so called Heating engineer, in June 2025.

It became apparent that the system wasnt upto scratch as the colder weather set in.

Sustainable Heating Wales was recommended to us by a family friend, I spoke to Jarryd, who straight away offered me reassurance.
Four days later Jarryd and Bryn came to visit me at my property, after a nice cup of tea and a chat about the history of the system and what had been done previously.

Straight away the boys identified the system was well undersized and not designed correctly at all!!

Fast forward a couple of days I had a full Heating design and heat loss calculations sent via email, Really professional.

We booked our slot for the following month.
The job took 4 days (6 Bed barn conversion) absolutely spotless and efficient, treated my home with total respect.

I now have a warm home and hot water without having to wait 10 hours to have a bath!

An absolute pleasure to have this team install our heat pump. Efficient, knowledgeable, polite & so clean & tidy showing the utmost of respect to our home. They take a great deal of pride in their work which reflects on their installation which is exceptionally neat.

Definitely 5 star rating, I was initially unsure about having an heat pump installed, although after speaking to Jarryd and him explaining in detail of the benefits I know I made the right choice.

Communication was 1st class from beginning to after installation and the workmanship was what your expect as a customer, clean, tidy and professional.

The whole experience was a showcase of efficiency from start to finish. Jarrad jones and his team were a an example of how work should be done. Excellent 10 out of 10

Most professional engineers I’ve had an experience with in 20 years
