We booked a round trip from San…
We booked a round trip from San Fransisco Airport to Fisherman’s Wharf. The process was easy and you are contacted by your driver with What’s App. I appreciated that it asks for your flight number and they coordinate your pick up and drop off time if you are doing a round trip. Both drivers drove safely and their cars were clean and my family and I felt safe. We’d recommend this service again and we’d use the service again when traveling in the US.

Real bad experience
First of all, I booked a van (6passengers + 6 pieces normal size luggage) and the vehicle turned up was a mini van (Toyota Siena). No idea how this was supposed to fit in the luggage with 6 passenger seats upright. Fortunately a friend of mine was available to take half the load and we went in two vehicles to the airport.
The driver knew only Chinese and navigation was also in Chinese. As per navigation instructions, the driver took a wrong exit and the travel time was 1.5 hrs. Since the navigation was in Chinese, i realised only after taking the exit. Finally I had to connect my phone to CarPlay in order to provide the right directions (airport was only 30 mins away). Overall, i had an extremely bad experience and will not recommend ShuttleFinder to any of my friends.

No one sent a message for the shuttle. I ended up taking a taxi which cost me far more. I would like a full refund. I appreciate the partial refund, but I expect a full refund.
