The best customer service I have experienced from any trades body. Absolutely fantastic, we are over joyed. Phil and Dawid really know and understand their craft. The attention to detail was incredible. There was no upsale or push for the product Phil wanted to sell, it was pure detail and fully focused on what works best for our house and our needs.
When Dawid came to fit the shutters, the attention to detail and care in work was outstanding.
Both these guys were not only brilliant at their jobs, they’re also thoroughly nice blokes.
Couldn’t recommend enough if you are looking for shutters of ANY size, type or scale.

I was very pleased with the whole process of buying through ShutterHome. It was a very personal experience - especially provided by Annette, who really went above and beyond to made sure that I was happy with the style and functionality of the design. Dawid did an excellent installation and was very helpful and conscientious on a number of levels. I particularly like the hidden split in all windows which gives really useful flexibility to the shutters.

Phil and David were excellent, very thorough, great communication, very informative about the options available and a great product. Would definitely recommend!
