Wolverhampton Shurgard were very helpful in showing me the various sizes of the units, to see what suoted my needs. Access is very easy, but secure. Lorna was super helpful with arranging and explaining everything. Strongly recommend

I genuinely can't fault Shurgard Bentley Bridge, the staff are so great and accommodating and nothing is too much trouble for any of them especially Josh and Amy and yesterday I spoke to their newest member Lorna who after I enquired about a unit she took time to listen to my anxiety with my mobilty and throughly explained where the unit was and how far away from the entrance.
This building is extremely well lit and there is always someone on reception as being a 63yr old woman with disabilities I have often felt very vulnerable at other storage units but these guys are really great and I would highly recommend.

Shurgard in Wolverhampton provides a fantastic storage facility and all the staff are without exception first class. I spoke to Yousaf who talked me through the cancellation process making it easy and straightforward. I will recommend them to my family and friends in the future

I had a very disappointing experience with Shurgard due to misleading information provided by staff.
On the day of my move-in, I was allowed to proceed based on a promotional rate advertised online. At no point was I informed that, as a previous customer, I was not eligible for this offer. This was only disclosed after I had already moved my belongings into the unit.
Because of this, I was left with no reasonable option but to move out immediately, which resulted in £450 in unnecessary moving costs that could have been completely avoided if accurate information had been provided upfront.
Despite raising this issue, I have had to pursue reimbursement for costs caused by their mistake. The situation reflects poor communication and a lack of accountability.
I would strongly advise others to confirm eligibility for promotions in writing before committing, especially if you are a returning customer.

Efficient, no hassle, service

My experience with this service was very disappointing. They offered a promotional period at first, but the next day I was billed the full amount without clear communication. The customer service, especially from a representative named Amy, felt unfriendly and unhelpful. I recommend being careful before signing up.

I was able to book my storage online, completely hasle free. The customer service afterwards was excellent. No hassle, no fuss, very much straight forward.

Excellent, quick service when I needed emergency storage. They really have thought of everything. The office staff are accommodating, Prices are great for the peace of mind that I have whilst waiting for my new property to complete.
