We visited Shurgard Lock & Store…
We visited Shurgard Lock & Store looking for a storage unit while downsizing our home, and Daniel provided an outstanding service from start to finish.
He took the time to talk through exactly what we needed, helping us itemise the items we wanted to store and giving us a clear idea of the storage unit size that would be most suitable. Nothing felt rushed, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
Daniel then showed us around the facility, including the security measures, cameras, entry and exit points, trolley locations, and how to access the units. He took us directly to the storage unit, opened it up, and explained the whole process clearly and thoroughly.
What really stood out was how accommodating and friendly he was throughout. We had our daughter with us, and while we were busy discussing all the boring adult stuff, he even gave her some colouring to keep her entertained, which was a lovely touch.
Overall, the customer service was exceptional. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. A 10/10 experience, great price and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ShurGuard Lock & Store to anyone looking for storage.

Super helpful!
I was running late to my checking in and worried I wouldn’t be able to unload in time. I called ahead and Lucy was super helpful and was able to sort me a unit that was closer to the loading bay. She helped me check in quickly so I could get on with unloading and was very clear and helpful. Made a stressful day much calmer for me!
