This was the first time that I ordered from this company. The item that I ordered is very hard to find. I love these hair design pencils and I get lots of compliments when I use them to create designs on the shaved area of my head. I'm so glad that I can order from SH Salons and do not have to wait a long time for them to be delivered.

Buyer beware
I have emailed SH Salon multiple times since I received the order. I only received one item although I ordered and paid for two items. I still have not had any response from the company. I asked for a full refund because the item I received didn't fit. The return instructions on their website specifically say to email prior to submitting a return to get approval for a return or else it will not be accepted. I guess if they ignore customers they never have to issue a refund. This company is very shady. I'm very frustrated with their lack of communication.

Excellent products and service. I was overjoyed to have found this place.they sell Oyster color to the public whereas everywhere else you need a professional license. I’m truly grateful because it saves me at least a thousand per year in salon costs. I received my order very fast and packaged well. Great place to do business with. Highly recommend them.

She did buy 3 products of $5.04 USD each. However, she was in New Zealand and shipping cost is $43.30, which is shown clearly at the time of checkout before she places the order. She must have placed the order without looking at the total. Her total payment was only $58.42 USD, which is roughly $92.55 NZD.
She reached out to us when she saw the charge and we were able to stop the shipment and refunded her money right away.
We never try to deceive our customers. We offer clear upfront pricing before you place the order, and there are never hidden fees.

Selling my INFO
I just discovered that you all are selling my email information... the only way I can opt out from your insidious actions is if I live in california..... I would have used a different email if I had known you all were going to sell my info!!!!! NOT COOL SH SALONS !!!! I don't know which of these junk/spam/phishing emails came from your profit of selling my info, but I think everyone you all do business with need to know your underhanded practices. I don't live in california, but I still don't want my information sold to anyone !!!! and I can't get into my account to change my email.---- You all need to check out your own website that very clearly has a link to opt out of selling our information... You all should take another look over your website.
