No stars should be an option where Showery are concerned. Absolutely appalling
Do not buy from Showery UK unless you want to lose your money as you will be totally ignored if you simply want to return something. This company is impossible to contact & radio silent when it comes to customer service. Avoid avoid avoid!

I’m really disappointed in myself for not checking the reviews of this company before ordering. I paid over £30 for an extremely cheap piece of plastic which took a long time to arrive.It made precisely zero difference to the pressure of my shower. I have now started what is clearly going to be the long and ultimately pointless process of trying to get a refund. I now realise that the “24/7 UK customer service” is a myth and that this is just another drop shipping operation set up by some unscrupulous folk in China. These kind of outwardly very convincing websites seem to be springing up everywhere, buyers beware. I am surprised at the number of positive reviews on here and I rather suspect they have found some way of getting around trust pilots system, might be worth investigating TP? P.S. they don’t exist on companies house register, despite giving a UK address for their business. Postscript, I have eventually received a full refund after a lot of email exchanges so I will temper my review slightly with regards to their service. I still maintain that the product I received was extremely poor quality and was totally unfit for purpose.

My order took too long to arrive. Given there was an issue with the courier losing my order soon after dispatch. They escalated it themselves and eventually resolved it. However, before the resolution, I emailed Showery to alert them of the situation, and to this day I've had no response from them, which would make me think twice before ordering from them again. The shower head is great though, and works perfectly and as described, so I truly hope it lasts.

A client has the right to return their shower for any reason but especially if it doesn't improve pressure as promised. Plain and simple. Ignoring your customers emails is not going to get this business anywhere! I want to return my shower head Order GC308889

The shower head broke after one use, the threaded part shattered. Obviously made from cheap plastic. I've tried emailing and using their contact us form where they promise to reply in 24 hours. I've heard nothing. Terrible customer service. There's very similar items online for half the price of Showery

It says my shower head was delivered (with no date) but I have not received it. It’s been over a month and I’ve messaged multiple times and even got a reply, to someone else’s complaint! When I went back and said it wasn’t meant for me, I then got ignored. Terrible customer service!

The offer for a turbo shower head was a 20% 'discount', making the Net cost £31.99 but the discount coupon failed to activate, meaning I paid £39.99. No response to my emails, asking if I could be refunded the discount amount not received.

I have tried several shower heads in the past in an effort to improve the flow of water and none were effective. I had low expectations when I ordered my first Showery shower head but it is excellent. It really does make a big difference and I’m very pleased with it.

Really pleased with the purchase, I moved to a hard water area and my hair didnt like it!
With this shower head my hair is now 100% in better condition, my only regret is not buying it sooner.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Showery. Their customer service is practically non‑existent. Despite proudly advertising a “full no‑quibble refund,” the reality couldn’t be further from the truth. I sent multiple emails over several weeks and didn’t receive a single reply. The only way I eventually got my money back was by opening a PayPal dispute — something no customer should have to resort to for a simple refund.

Overall, I’m incredibly dissatisfied. Avoid this company at all costs.

Good detail about shower head types, and so chose one from the range which was specifically for electric showers rather than ordering yet another “increased pressure head” which are disappointing . Very happy with my purchase.

I contacted Showery with some simple questions about compatibility before buying, but they never responded. After waiting, I checked other reviews and saw many people saying the company doesn’t deliver what they claim on the website. I would agree based on my experience.

I can’t comment on the product itself because I chose not to purchase. The lack of communication made me too nervous to go ahead. For a company that talks a lot about customer satisfaction, they don’t seem serious about actually providing it. I wouldn’t feel confident buying from them.

Bought two expensive shower heads, the spray adjuster has broken on both rendering it useless. Two emails to Showery enquiring about returns/refunds and both have been ignored with no response. Cheap rubbish that doesn't last and zero customer service. Spend elsewhere is my advice.
