Problem Solved
We were having difficulty sourcing a replacement set of shower door wheels and contacted the company who were extremely helpful.
We posted out an example of what wheels we required, and received a prompt response, and a suggested alternative to the ones that we had.
Received the new set the next day and these fitted perfectly.
Top class service, would recommend this company.

No good
Used callipers to measure, used selection tool on site as per measurements brought those £60 approx, wrong size was suggested and sent. As doors had corroded needed to fit so we could get in and out of shower, attempted to modify so can’t return them, can’t fit them waste of money.

Reply from Shower Wheels UK
Hello David,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are very sorry to hear about the frustration this situation has caused.
We take product accuracy extremely seriously, and following your feedback, we have thoroughly checked the physical measurements of these rollers against the specifications listed on our website to ensure everything matches perfectly.
As this particular item has a 4.9 out of 5 star rating and we have successfully supplied over 2,000 units in the last six months without issue, we are confident that the sizing guide on our website is accurate.
We always encourage our customers to contact us directly if a part does not appear to fit upon arrival. Had you reached out to our customer service team before attempting to modify the rollers, we would have been more than happy to help troubleshoot the fitting, double check your measurements, or process a standard return for a full refund or replacement.
Unfortunately, in line with standard retail policy, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been altered or modified after delivery.
We truly regret that we were not given the chance to assist you before you attempted to modify the parts, but if you would still like to discuss your order with us, please feel free to contact our support team directly at info@showerwheelsuk.com.
Kind regards,
Darren | Shower Wheels UK
