This shower seal is comprised of a high quality rigid PVC U section designed to comfortably grip any glass ranging from 4mm to 5mm thick with no need for any additional adhesive. It is possible to fit on 6mm glass as well, but the fit is very tight.
These seals are commonly found on the vertical sections of a bath screen where to glass panels meet at 90 degrees. The seal would need to be cut around any hinges that hold the two panels of glass together.
This product comes in 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm or 2000mm lengths and can be cut down to size once you’ve received it.
Installation of our seals is nice and easy. Simply push the seal onto the glass from one end and work your way along, pushing the seal onto the glass as you go. My glass is 6mm so it's on the tight side but it does go on eventually working your way down

The sample was good. Unfortunately it was not quite right for my screen.

Good slight damage
After two hours and as a two person job, we managed to fit this shower seal to a reasonable standard. Not entirely satisfied but it works. As reported by several other reviewers, this seal is far too tight for glass which is 5-6mm thick. The plastic does not flex or slide nearly enough to assist you. We managed to soften the plastic by heating it with a hairdryer and then applying brute force. Not great when you are working with glass. If I could have found an alternative I would have sent this back. Very frustrating.
Not fit for purpose for 6mm glass. Couldn't fit it was too tight. Order a sample first.

Great bit of kit for joining a 90 degree shower glass.
Used this for a replacement on my shower screen and although it was slightly thicker, it was great for the job
